Boarding and Grooming

Boarding

Rest assured that your pets will feel safe, comfortable, and loved during their stay with us in our boarding facility whether it be short or long-term.  Large dogs appreciate the room provided by our indoor/outdoor runs.  Cats and small dogs are kept comfortable in our inside facility.  Food is provided, however, if your pet is on a special diet or you do not want your pet to change diets while here, feel free to bring food for your pet’s stay.  For everyones benefit, canine rabies, distemper/parvo, and bordatella (kennel cough) or feline rabies and distemper vaccinations are required to be up to date.  External parasites such as fleas and ticks will be treated at the owner’s expense.

Grooming

Keeping your pet well groomed is important to relieve seasonal heat, as well as, to prevent matting.  A well-groomed coat is easier to maintain and allows owners to more easily spot fleas and ticks.  We offer a basic kennel cut, as well as, a full line of medicated shampoos and dips. We offer some specialty trims on certain days with advanced notice.  Appointments are required for all grooming and bathing services. Pets need to be dropped off between 8:00 and 8:30 in the morning.  Because pets need time to dry after bathing and then must be brushed out, we require that they be picked up after 4:30 in the afternoon. Remember that your pets want to be clean and feel comfortable also.
